Job Title: Office Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator and Fund Raising Executive with at least 5 years of experience in the NGO sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, supporting administrative tasks, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining organizational systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, meetings and appointments.
Coordinate internal and external communications.
Provide administrative support to program and project teams.

Qualifications : MSW, BSW or relevant education in Social Sector.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration within the NGO sector.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet and AI apps
Well-organized, professional and leadership-oriented

Must have
Good English Communication (Spoken and Writing)
Ability to reply to emails professionally.

Location: Greater Kailash Enclave - II, New Delhi
Type: Full-time

Salary : Rs. 40,000.00 Negotiable (as per experience and interview performance)
