Reviving Roots Initiative is a non-profit, community-based organization registered in 2025 under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 (Rajasthan Act No. 28 of 1958), with its registration in Ajmer District, Rajasthan, India.

The organization is committed to creating positive and sustainable change in rural communities, particularly in the areas of education, health, and nutrition. Reviving Roots works closely with local communities to promote inclusive development and community well-being.
A key focus of the organization is to empower women, children, and youth by strengthening community participation and promoting traditional art, culture, and locally rooted knowledge systems as tools for social change and livelihood opportunities.

Through community engagement, awareness programs, and partnerships, Reviving Roots aims to preserve cultural heritage while building resilient and self-reliant communities.

Reviving Roots is looking for passionate and committed Fellows, Volunteers, and Interns to join our field teams in Ajmer, Beawar and Baran District of Rajasthan.

Roles & Responsibilities:
For Fellows & Volunteers:
Conduct community-based learning sessions/classes
Engage with local communities on education, health, and art & culture programs
Support implementation of grassroots initiatives
Build relationships with community members and stakeholders

For Interns:
Support documentation and report writing
Assist in data collection and field coordination
Manage and support social media platforms
Provide overall program support

Eligibility:
Graduation in any discipline
Prior field experience in community/social sector work will be preferred
Strong interest in community development and social sector work
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in rural/field settings (for Fellows & Volunteers)

Compensation:

Salary/Stipend will be provided as per experience and role.
