Job Role:

We are looking for a skilled Trainer to deliver theoretical and practical training for the Solar Panel Installation Technician program. The candidate will ensure quality training and industry readiness of students.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom and hands-on training on solar PV installation

Demonstrate installation, maintenance, and safety procedures

Prepare lesson plans and training materials

Assess trainee performance (tests, practicals)

Maintain attendance, progress, and assessment records

Ensure lab/equipment readiness and safety compliance

Skills Required:

Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems

Training/teaching skills preferred

Good communication and presentation skills

Basic computer knowledge
