We’re Hiring – Early Childhood Educator (Centre Management Role)

ASTHA is looking for an Early Childhood Educator to work in a community-based early intervention centre for children with disabilities in urban slums of Southeast Delhi. The role involves working with children as well as managing the centre and program activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work directly with young children with disabilities
• Plan and conduct early intervention and school readiness activities
• Support parents and community workers
• Manage day-to-day functioning of the centre
• Documentation, coordination, and program management
Eligibility:
o Background in ECCD / Special Education / Psychology / Social Work
o Comfortable working in community settings
o Able to handle both teaching and coordination responsibilities
o Sensitive and committed towards inclusion and working with children with disabilities
Location: Southeast Delhi
Salary: 4 to 4.2 LPA
