Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Special Educator to work with children and young adults with special needs, supporting their training,developmental, and life skills growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Individualized TrainingPlans
Provide remedial and functional trining support
Work on communication, social, and daily living skills
Track progress and maintain documentation
Support transition to vocational and independent living programs
Eligibility
Degree in Special Education (RCI preferred)
1–3 years’ experience (freshers with relevant exposure may apply)
Strong communication skills and empathy
