Project Brief-Through the ESIC program, Piramal foundation is working to support ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) to enhance the accessibility, and uptake of its scheme’s services and benefits for the beneficiaries/end users and create an observable environment in the ecosystem
This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
• Demonstrate strong technical and digital systems understanding, including working with program management tools, health software platforms, data tracking systems, and basic data analysis using tools such as Excel, dashboards, and digital reporting systems.
• Design and execute field intervention plans aligned with program objectives.
• Onboard, engage, and coordinate with government departments and other key stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor an on-ground team of 2–7 members to ensure effective program implementation.
• Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop presentations, concept notes, and proposals for donors and stakeholders to support program development and scaling.
• Prepare and submit structured daily and weekly progress reports on field program implementation.
Experience required:
• 2-3 years of experience in on-field operations and handling digital systems
• 2 years of experience of managing a small team
• 2 years of previous experience of engaging govt. stakeholders
• Previous experience in public health or tech is a plus
Essential Qualifications
• Bachelors / Masters in any background
Desirable Skills:
• Good written and verbal communication is a must
• Basic MS-Office is a must
• Data analysis & Visualization
• Kannada & English-speaking mandatory
• Lean Six Sigma (Optional)
