1. Project Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project staffs for proper implementation of field level activities
- Liasioning with all stakeholders for project related work
- Plan, monitor and review of project
- Proper documentation and reporting
Qualification and expertise:
- Must be a Post Graduate in Social Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years of NGO experience in handling projects .
- Must have own 2wheeler with valid DL
Salary : Rs. 21000/- + TA per month

2. Counsellor
Key responsibilities:
- counselling to the primary stakeholders
- help and Coordinate with Project Manager for proper implementation of field level activities
- Liasioning with all stakeholders for project related work
- Plan, monitor and review of project
- Proper documentation and reporting
Qualification and expertise:
- Must be a Post Graduate in Social Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years of NGO experience in handling projects .
- Must have own 2 wheeler with valid DL
Salary : Rs. 16000/- + TA per month

3. . For Accountant She/he must be a Graduate/ Post Graduate in Commerce or MBA ( Finance) with minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting along with proficiency in Tally. Experience in project monitoring and evaluation will be a added value.
Salary – Rs. 16000/- +TA per month
4. . For ORW - Out Reach Worker(1 Male and 1 Female),She/ he must be a Graduate with minimum of 1 year working experience in working with FSWs, Transgenders and MSMs on HIV & AIDS. Computer proficiency is a must. Relaxation will be given to candidates from the same community.
Salary – Rs. 10500/- +TA per month
