About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects in Education, Skilling, and Healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in government liaisoning, CSR fund mobilization, and strategic partnerships, along with a well-established network across government bodies, corporates, and donor agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
?? Lead end-to-end execution of CSR and government-funded projects
?? Liaise with central, state, and district-level government departments for approvals and coordination
?? Mobilize funds through CSR, corporate partnerships, and donor agencies
?? Build and leverage networks with funding agencies and organizations that outsource/sublet projects
?? Identify and secure new project opportunities through partnerships and consortiums
?? Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and compliance with CSR/government norms
?? Monitor program performance, impact metrics, and reporting
?? Lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations

Candidate Profile:
? 15+ years of experience in NGO / CSR / Government project management
? Strong network with government departments, CSR heads, and donor agencies
? Proven track record in CSR fundraising and partnership development
? Experience in handling large-scale, multi-location development projects
? Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
? Strong understanding of compliance, reporting, and program evaluation
