DRCSC is looking for a a development professional with an M.Sc. in Agricultural Science (Agronomy) and over 10 years of experience working in the development sector, specializing in sustainable and ecological agriculture. Possesses skills in research on agriculture-based livelihood and sustainability initiatives, particularly in rural and community-led contexts.

The candidate should have extensive experience working closely with rural communities, farmers’ groups, and grassroots institutions, with a deep understanding of local socio-economic and agro-ecological systems. Skilled in community mobilization, capacity building, training facilitation, and participatory approaches to development.

Demonstrates strong communication skills in both English and Bengali, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders including community members, NGOs, field teams, and donors. Known for a collaborative working style, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to articulate technical agricultural concepts into practical, field-level solutions.
