CSR cum HR Manager
Location: Vadodara

Baroda Citizens Council is looking for a dynamic and purpose-driven CSR cum HR Manager who can seamlessly manage both Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and Human Resource functions. If you are passionate about creating social impact while building strong organizational culture, we'd love to hear from you!

CSR Responsibilities:
• Liaise with corporates, donors, and stakeholders for CSR partnerships
• Prepare project proposals, reports, and impact assessments
• Ensure compliance with CSR guidelines and reporting standards

HR Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
• Revise HR policies, employee engagement, and performance systems
• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labour laws
• Support capacity building and team development

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Social Work, Management, or related field
• 4–8 years of relevant experience (NGO/CSR exposure preferred)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Understanding of CSR frameworks and HR practices
• Ability to multitask and work in a mission-driven environment
