-Develop and maintain project documentation systems for reports, records, and evidence.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as per organizational and donor requirements.
-Design and implement monitoring frameworks (indicators, log frames, tracking tools).
-Collect, verify, and validate field data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
-Conduct field monitoring visits to track project activities and progress.
-Document case studies, success stories, and best practices.
-Manage and analyze data using tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
-Develop dashboards, charts, and analytical reports for decision-making.
-Ensure compliance with donor guidelines, reporting standards, and audit requirements.
-Coordinate with field teams and management to support evidence-based planning and program improvement.
The person concerned must be a post graduate with 5 years demonstrative experience in the similar field . He/she must be ready to travel remote areas as and when required , manage deadline in deliverables and undertake multi-tasking .
