Executive Secretary

Ahmedabad Citizens' initiative to bring improvement in Civic Services by training, encouraging and motivating citizens to register their complaints with Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation through registered channels made available by AMC. Further, the role of 'Abad Amdavad' is to stand with citizens and support them in solving their complaints by representing appropriate authorities, mostly through effective Correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with citizens and understand civic issues.

• Draft and send effective representations to government authorities.

• RnD for civic cause.

• Organise citizen training programmes across the city.

• Coordinate stakeholder forums for dialogue with authorities.

• Support policy advocacy initiatives.

Pre-requisites

• Excellent written communication skills in both Gujarati and English Language. (must)

• Good organisational and coordination skills.

• Fluent in use of Computer, Internet and Al Tools. (typing, email, documentation)

• Empathy and Interest in civic issues and public services.

• polite, smiling and firm in convictions.

Location: 205, Samrat Complex, Near Choice Restaurant Lane, Off. C G Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad.

Engagement: Full-time.
