Story4Change invites applications from motivated and committed youth for the following positions in Sambalpur, Odisha.
1. Associate Programme Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate youth group meetings in rural areas and urban slums.
- Lead leadership training sessions and mentor youth fellows in implementing social action projects.
- Provide regular guidance, review progress, and offer on-site support.
- Support training delivery, data collection, documentation, and youth-led initiatives.
- Coordinate and organise trainings, exposure visits, and review meetings with the Programme Lead.
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Remuneration: 18,000 to 20,000 per month

2. Associate Finance Manager cum Admin In-charge
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day finance, accounts, and administrative operations.
- Verify bills and vouchers; maintain cash book, salary register, stock register, and other records.
- Prepare payment vouchers, issue cheques, and coordinate with banks as required.
- Process payments for stakeholders and service providers.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements.
- Travel to field offices and support programme teams as needed.
Qualification: Graduation in Commerce with working knowledge of Tally ERP
Remuneration: 18,000 to 20,000 per month
