?? Role Overview
We are hiring passionate GET Trainers to deliver entrepreneurship and employability training programs for rural women and youth. This is a field-based role involving training, mentoring, and community engagement.

?? Key Responsibilities
?? Conduct General Entrepreneurship Training (GET) sessions
?? Facilitate entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and financial literacy modules
?? Support trainees in business planning and enterprise development
?? Maintain attendance, reports, and training documentation
?? Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders
?? Travel to project locations as required

?? Eligibility & Qualifications
?? Any Graduate (MSW / BSW preferred)
?? English and Kannada proficiency is mandatory
?? 1–2 years of training, facilitation, or field experience preferred
?? Comfortable working in field-based environments

?? Skills Required
?? Strong communication and presentation skills
?? Facilitation and batch management abilities
?? Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
?? Familiarity with digital tools and online platforms
?? Willingness to travel and relocate as per project requirements
