Job Purpose
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring field-level implementation of NRM and FPO interventions, & livelihood ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate implementation of NRM (Natural Resource Management) and FPO (Farmer Producer Organization) , Agriculture, Livelihood Farm & Non-farm Sector activities
• Prepare and track project plans, timelines, and field execution
• Monitor field progress, outputs, and quality of interventions
• Support formation, strengthening, and operations of FPOs
• Facilitate training, capacity building, and exposure activities for farmers and FPO members
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS data
• Coordinate with field teams, community institutions, and stakeholders
• Ensure alignment of field activities with project goals and targets

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NRM and FPO-related projects
• Strong working knowledge of NRM and FPO is compulsory
• Experience in project coordination, field management, and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple villages and field teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Compensation
• Rs 35,000 – Rs 45,000 per month
