Mimansa Fellowship

Under the Mimansa Thought Labs project, efforts are being made to develop higher-order cognitive abilities such as critical thinking, observation, experimentation, hypothesis formation, and logic among children from rural and economically weaker backgrounds.

As the next phase of this initiative, we are launching the Mimansa Fellowship.

The fellowship is part-time.
The fellowship work will be part-time every day (6 days a week — Monday to Saturday), involving 4 hours in the evening.

Duration of the Fellowship: June 2026 – May 2027

Eligibility
- College students, graduates, and postgraduates
(Anyone with a background in Science / Mathematics)
- Ability to conduct classes in Marathi
- Teaching experience will be preferred

Location
- Pune (occasional travel required)

Stipend: ?8,000 – ?10,000

Nature of Work
- Developing inquiry-based learning content (designing activities)
- Teaching at community-level after-school centres and conducting hands-on activities with children
- Maintaining written and photographic documentation of children’s progress and responses
- Creating social media content
