About the Role
Samriddhi Goat Farm is seeking experienced and ambitious professionals for the position of Marketing Manager – Livestock Procurement & Market Development.
This is a high-responsibility field leadership role focused on livestock procurement, rural market penetration, supplier relationship management, and regional business expansion across Bihar and Jharkhand.
The selected candidate will play a strategic role in identifying livestock procurement opportunities, developing strong farmer and trader networks, strengthening regional supply chains, and ensuring continuous procurement of high-quality Khassi goats for farm operations.
The role requires extensive field engagement, market intelligence gathering, procurement planning, negotiation management, and coordination with local livestock stakeholders. Candidates should possess strong networking ability, local market understanding, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Livestock Procurement Management
Lead regional livestock procurement operations for high-quality Khassi goats across assigned territories.
Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with livestock traders, farmers, commission agents, transporters, and rural suppliers.
Identify and establish reliable procurement channels in livestock markets, rural clusters, and high-potential sourcing regions.
Ensure continuous and cost-effective livestock procurement aligned with organizational quality standards and operational requirements.
Conduct livestock evaluation and market inspections to maintain procurement quality benchmarks.
Monitor regional livestock price trends, seasonal demand fluctuations, and competitor market activities.
Achieve assigned procurement and market expansion targets within defined operational timelines.
Market Development & Regional Expansion
Develop and execute aggressive regional market expansion strategies to strengthen the organization’s procurement network across Bihar and Jharkhand.
Create a strong regional presence for Samriddhi Goat Farm within livestock trading and rural business ecosystems.
Identify emerging livestock markets, untapped procurement zones, and new business opportunities.
Build strategic partnerships with local stakeholders, livestock communities, and rural business networks.
Support organizational growth initiatives through strong market penetration and supplier acquisition strategies.
Expand the organization’s procurement footprint by continuously increasing supplier and trader engagement.
Field Operations & Business Coordination
Conduct extensive field visits and market surveys across assigned districts.
Coordinate with internal management teams regarding procurement planning, livestock movement, and operational requirements.
Maintain detailed procurement reports, supplier databases, market intelligence records, and field activity documentation.
Ensure smooth execution of procurement activities while maintaining operational efficiency and business professionalism.
Represent the organization professionally in regional livestock markets and business interactions.
Relationship Management & Business Networking
Develop high-value business relationships with livestock traders, rural entrepreneurs, farmer groups, and local market influencers.
Build trust-based long-term supplier networks to ensure sustainable procurement operations.
Actively engage with rural communities and livestock stakeholders to strengthen organizational visibility and market credibility.
Promote the professional image and business reputation of Samriddhi Goat Farm across operational regions.
Eligibility Criteria Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Rural Management, Supply Chain Management, or any related field will be preferred.
Candidates with strong field experience in livestock procurement, rural marketing, agri-business operations, or market development may also apply.
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in livestock procurement, goat trading, agri-business marketing, rural sales, supply chain operations, field marketing, or market development activities.
Candidates with strong local livestock market exposure and established rural business networks will be highly preferred.
Prior experience in target-oriented field operations and procurement-based business roles will be considered a significant advantage.

Candidates must clearly mention the district name where they are interested in working while submitting their application.

Preferred Working District: Deoghar / Dumka / Ranchi / Godda / Patna etc.
This is a target-based professional role. Candidates will be expected to achieve procurement, supplier development, and market expansion targets as assigned by the organization.
