Post (3) - Convergence Expert

Role & Responsibilities --
1. Assessment of Vulnerable Pockets in allotted block and panchayat for data collection of CL CM, DO, NE.
2. To support and facilitate the monthly meeting of the Panchayat Child Protection Committee (PCPC) in allotted block ( minimum 5 meetings)
3. To support and facilitate the Quarterly meeting of the Block Child Protection Committee in his and colleague blocks.
4. Training/ meeting with school level child collective Meetings i.e. Bal Sansad, Mina Munch. (Minimum 5 school )
5. To conduct 4 Pledging event in each and every panchayat on prevention of CM, CL, CSA, CT.
6. To conduct School enrolment campaign in each every panchayat to enrolled DO, NE children in school.
7. To support Mega camp for linkages of family and children with Scheme in also colleague blocks.
8. Ensure one to one meeting with block level officials and submit block level child protection report of nominated block.
9. Support of Training of ASHA, AWN on child protection on quarterly basis with colleague blocks.
10. Mentioning of colleague daily work report.
11. Weekly follow up with allotted department officials.
12. Submit all activities report in district level officials quarterly basis.
13. To facilitate district level stakeholder’s meeting.
14. To converge with nodal department for smooth running programme.
15. Listening with department to issue circulars & letters for KAWACH Programme.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in project management in development sector
• Experience in working on child labour elimination / child protection/ Child Trafficking / community-based programs
• Experience in coordination with government departments and stakeholders
• Good understanding of child labour elimination issues or similar social issues
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities

Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work / Social Sciences / Development Studies or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management
