Counselor Cum Remedial Educator

Provide academic support and psychosocial care to children referred by CWC and those in CCIs
Assess children's learning levels and identify academic gaps
Design and conduct remedial education sessions
Provide individual and group counselling for emotional, behavioural, and trauma-related issues
Support children in building confidence, self-esteem, and life skills
Collaborate with CWC members, social workers, and CCI staff
Participate in case reviews and follow-ups
Maintain proper documentation of each child's progress
Engage with families during restoration and reintegration processes
Conduct life skills and recreational activities
Ensure a safe, supportive, and child-friendly environment
Prepare regular reports on academic and psychosocial outcomes
Follow child protection policies and maintain ethical standards
Location: Yerwada, Dighi, Dapodi, Budhwar Peth, Bhugaon (One candidate will be responsible for all locations) Only female candidates will be given preference.
