Basera Children's Village is a residential care home for girls run by Savera Homes Trust, committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in need.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and organised Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our home. This is a fully residential post -- the selected candidate will live on campus and be an active part of our community.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all administrative and office functions of the home
Maintain records for children, staff, and programmes in line with CCI regulations
Handle financial records, petty cash, inventory, and support audit processes
Manage staff attendance, HR documentation, and payroll coordination
Prepare and submit statutory reports to CWC, DCPU, and relevant authorities
Coordinate with schools, hospitals, government bodies, and partner organisations
Support programme delivery and maintain children's academic and development records
Oversee facility upkeep, vendor coordination, and safety standards

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (PG in Social Work or Management preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in an NGO or social sector organisation
Knowledge of JJ Act and CCI regulations is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office; good written and spoken Kannada and English
Female candidates preferred given the nature of the role
