Position: Resource Development Associate
Location: New Delhi
Job Type: Full-time
Description for the Role:
The Resource Development Associate will support the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts through research, proposal development, coordination, documentation, and communication activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments to support institutional fundraising and CSR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct donor, CSR, and institutional research to identify potential funding opportunities.
• Support proposal writing, concept note development, and preparation of fundraising documents.
• Maintain and manage donor databases, fundraising records, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with various departments to collect programmatic data, reports, case studies, and impact stories for donor submissions.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communication materials for donors and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely follow-up on proposals, donor requirements, reporting deadlines, and internal coordination tasks.
• Support planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, donor engagement activities, and organizational events.
• Assist in documentation, meeting notes, and progress tracking related to resource development initiatives.
• Maintain proper filing and reporting systems for proposals, donor communications, and project documentation.
• Contribute proactively with ideas and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Represent organizational values, professionalism, and commitment in all communication and coordination activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, proposal writing, donor coordination, or nonprofit sector work preferred.
• Strong research, data management, and documentation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to draft proposals, concept notes, reports, and official communication professionally.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic data management tools.
• Interest in CSR partnerships, institutional fundraising, and development sector initiatives.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
• Alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and social impact goals.
