Roles & Responsibilities
* Project Manager: Oversee project planning, lead the team, and ensure smooth execution and monitoring.
* Cluster Coordinator: Field staff coordination and liaising with government authorities for community entitlements.
* Documentation cum MIS: Managing data systems, preparing reports, and handling online portal/website applications.
* Community Outreach Worker: Ground-level support, monitoring cluster activities, and community mobilization.
. Accountant: Project accounting govt. statutory norms, HR system.
