1. Background:
The Individual Giving (IG) programme within UN ORGANISATION supports donor acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven engagement and efficient donation management. As the programme grows, the need for integrated business intelligence, analytics, and data governance has become essential. To address this, UN ORGANISATION needs a dedicated analytics function within the IG Team to strengthen data systems, enhance reporting accuracy, and optimize donor insights across Salesforce, BI and digital platforms.
