Accountant Cum Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain project accounts, vouchers, cash book, ledger, and other financial records.
Prepare bills, payment statements, reimbursement documents, and financial reports.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial and administrative records.
Assist in preparation of budgets, utilization certificates, and audit-related documents.
Maintain bank transactions, petty cash, and expense tracking.
Support procurement processes and maintain stock/inventory registers.
Coordinate administrative functions of the project office.
Ensure proper maintenance of office assets, files, and official documents.
Support project team in organizing meetings, trainings, workshops, and field events.
Ensure compliance with organizational financial and administrative procedures.
Coordinate with head office and project staff for timely submission of reports and documents.
Assist in data entry, report compilation, and office communication.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and office administration preferred.
Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications is essential.
Experience in NGO/project accounting will be preferred.
Good organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Salary:

Rs. 18000 gross per month.
