Required Qualification:
* B.Sc. Agriculture
OR
* MSW (Master of Social Work)
Experience & Skills Required:
* Good knowledge of reporting and documentation related to agricultural field activities
* Strong team leadership and coordination skills
* Experience in village-level community relationship building and mobilisation
* Ability to work closely with farmers, community institutions, and field teams
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the Development Sector
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise field-level agricultural and livelihood activities
* Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and monitoring of project interventions
* Strengthen community institutions and maintain effective village-level engagement
* Support implementation of agriculture and rural development initiatives
* Facilitate convergence with local stakeholders and line departments
Emoluments:
* Annual Package: ?2,40,000/-
* Free accommodation provided
