Key Responsibilities :

Oversee end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, TDS, GST, etc.) and internal financial policies
* Manage donor fund tracking, grant utilization, and periodic financial reporting to funding agencies
* Lead audits (internal, statutory, donor) and ensure timely closure with required documentation
* Supervise accounting operations including payroll, expense tracking, and reconciliation
* Coordinate with program teams to ensure financial alignment with project goals
* Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and improve financial efficiency
* Support fundraising and proposal development with budget inputs and financial planning
* Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and government bodies as required
* Preferred experience with ERP implementation, transition and process automation
* Mentor and lead the finance team; ensure capacity building and adherence to best practices

Qualifications :
* CA Mandatory.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the NGO or Education sector.
* Proficiency in both Hindi and English and Regional Language.
