Role Overview
As an Economic Faculty member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping aspirants through a structured, analytical and exam-oriented approach. Your role will go beyond classroom teaching to include mentorship, academic planning and performance tracking of students.

Key Responsibilities (Detailed)
* Deliver comprehensive and engaging lectures on Indian Economy, Economic Development and related subjects
* Teach Economics for General Studies and Economics Optional (if applicable)
* Prepare structured lesson plans, academic schedules and topic-wise modules
* Explain economic concepts, policies and current economic developments in a simple and practical manner
* Integrate current affairs, Budget, Economic Survey, RBI policies and government schemes into classroom discussions
* Conduct answer-writing practice sessions, evaluations and personalized feedback
* Prepare high-quality study materials, notes, handouts, charts and test series content
* Conduct regular tests, quizzes and student performance assessments
* Organize doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring support
* Analyze previous year questions and evolving examination trends to improve teaching strategies
* Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and content development

Eligibility & Qualification
* Master's Degree in Economics
* Candidates who have appeared in UPSC/OPSC examinations will be preferred
* Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Economics for competitive examinations
