Role Overview
As an English Faculty member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping aspirants through a structured, analytical and exam-oriented approach. Your role will go beyond classroom teaching to include mentorship, academic planning and performance tracking of students.

Key Responsibilities (Detailed)
* Deliver engaging and concept-based classes in English Language and Comprehension
* Teach Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Essay Writing, Precis Writing and Communication Skills
* Prepare students for UPSC/OPSC CSAT English comprehension and language-based sections
* Conduct answer writing practice, essay evaluation, and personalized feedback sessions
* Design lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and language improvement exercises
* Conduct mock tests, quizzes, and performance assessments
* Help students improve writing clarity, analytical expression and communication skills
* Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring support
* Prepare high-quality study materials, notes and practice modules
* Support interview/personality development sessions through communication training
* Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and content development

Eligibility & Qualification
* Master's Degree in English, Literature, Linguistics or related discipline
* Candidates who have appeared in UPSC / OPSC examinations will be preferred
* Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in English for competitive examinations
