- The purpose of this proposal is to engage a qualified Agency/Company/Consultant to support PHFI in implementation and strengthening of compliance under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
- Any Agency/Company/Consultant interested in providing these services shall be termed as “Bidder” or “Applicant”.
- The initial contract shall be for a period of 12 months from the date of commencement.
PHFI is seeking an experienced agency to support POSH compliance across the organization, including awareness sessions, training of PHFI staff and Internal Committee (IC) members, advisory support, inquiry support, and policy review. The objective of this engagement is to ensure that all employees, especially new joiners, are sensitized and trained on POSH guidelines, aware of their rights and responsibilities related to the prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace, and equipped to contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.

The last date for submission of complete Proposal with all supporting documents (by hand or by post) is 18th June 2026 by 5:00 PM. Any Proposal received after this prescribed time will not be entertained. PHFI will not be responsible for any loss in transit or postal delay.
