Role Objective
Maintain optimal inventory levels of food, beverage, and non-food supplies while minimizing waste through the expert utilization of Petpooja Inventory Management software.

Key Responsibilities
Petpooja System Management
Maintain the Petpooja Inventory Management system daily.
Map physical recipes to digital ingredients in the software.
Update real-time raw material prices and vendor profiles.
Set automated low-stock triggers for critical ingredients.
Manage inter-store stock transfers (ICT) digitally across outlets.
Inventory & Stock Control
Track daily stock levels of all restaurant supplies.
Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock audits.
Generate Petpooja variance reports to find stock discrepancies.
Implement First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory rotation methods.
Flag slow-moving items to reduce financial deadstock.
Receiving & Inspection
Verify incoming deliveries against Petpooja Purchase Orders (POs).
Inspect food quality, expiration dates, and packaging integrity.
Reject damaged, substandard, or incorrect item shipments.
Digitize physical delivery invoices into Petpooja instantly.
Log temperature data for chilled and frozen deliveries.
Storage, Safety & Issuing
Organize walk-in coolers, freezers, and dry storage.
Enforce local food safety and hazard regulation standards.
Issue stock items only against authorized kitchen requisitions.
Log kitchen wastage and pilferage directly into Petpooja.

Key Qualifications
Experience & Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
Minimum 2 years of restaurant storekeeping experience.
1+ years of hands-on experience with Petpooja.
Skills & Competencies
Deep knowledge of Petpooja POS and Inventory modules.
Strong basic mathematics and analytical tracking skills.
