District Coordinator
Location: Dhanbad, Giridih, West Singhbhum, Garvah, Latehar, Gumla, Godda, Pakur, Sahebganj, Ranchi

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise project activities across assigned districts.
Liaise with district officials, schools, and other stakeholders for smooth implementation.
Conduct field visits, monitoring, and documentation of project activities.
Prepare and submit periodic progress reports, MIS data, and success stories.
Organize trainings, workshops, meetings, exposure visits, and other project events.
Ensure compliance with project guidelines, timelines, and quality standards.
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, education, social development, or related sectors.
Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the district and outside state.
