Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and result-oriented State Lead to oversee and manage the Foundation’s operations and programs across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, team management, program execution, and expansion of the organization’s activities within the state.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all state-level operations and program activities in Kerala.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with government departments, NGOs, educational institutions, CSR partners, donors, and community stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and expansion of programs.
• Supervise field teams and ensure effective implementation of projects and initiatives.
• Monitor program performance, prepare reports, and ensure timely documentation.
• Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, training sessions, and community outreach programs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
• Support fundraising, CSR engagement, and donor relationship activities.
• Represent the organization at meetings, events, and external forums across the state.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Management, Sociology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in NGO operations, program management, community development, or leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of Kerala’s social sector landscape and community engagement.
• Ability to travel extensively within Kerala.
• Good reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in handling CSR projects and government liaisoning.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam.
• Experience in multi-location program management is an added advantage.
