Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, monitoring, documentation, and coordination of the Mahila Panchayat Project. The coordinator will ensure effective delivery of legal awareness, counseling, women's empowerment, community mobilization, and gender justice interventions while maintaining strong coordination with government departments, legal institutions, community leaders, and partner organizations
Qualification required : Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Sociology, Psychology, Women's Studies, Rural Development, Law, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in women empowerment, gender justice, community development, legal aid, Mahila Panchayat, domestic violence intervention, or social development projects.
Experience in donor-funded or government-supported projects is desirable.
