Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an enterprising and passionate Outreach Manager who is passionate about improving the mental health infrastructure of the country. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
The candidate will work closely with the leadership team and own outreach initiatives end-to-end. The role will include:
- Designing and executing outreach strategies to increase awareness and engagement with Mann Talks’ programs and services.
- Building and managing partnerships with NGOs, governmental institutions, corporates, and community organisations.
- Identifying and onboarding collaborators aligned with the organisation’s mission.
- Driving outreach campaigns to expand reach across target populations.
- Representing Mann Talks at external events, workshops, and meetings.
- Tracking outreach metrics, analysing impact, and refining strategies accordingly.
- Taking ownership of outreach goals and ensuring timely delivery with measurable outcomes.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the leadership team.

Desirous Candidates Must Have:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in outreach, partnerships, community engagement, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated passion for mental health and social impact.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects and outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing on-ground initiatives.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for outreach activities.

Educational Qualification: Open to graduates from any discipline.
Location: This is an offline role, and the candidate will be expected to be based in Mumbai (Harbour line).
Salary: Depending on the candidate’s experience.
Commitment: A minimum commitment of 2 years will be required.
