Purpose of Job
Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering digital health projects in alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with government and healthcare stakeholders, overseeing technology implementation, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, and driving successful adoption of digital health solutions.

Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• MBA / PG in Project or Program Management preferred
Essential Experience
• 5–6 years managing IT or technology-enabled projects
• Strong experience in vendor-led and agile / hybrid delivery environments
• Prior exposure to GovTech, healthcare IT, or large public-sector programs preferred

• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar delivery tracking tools
• Vendor and stakeholder management
• SDLC and agile delivery understanding
• Clear documentation and reporting discipline
• Collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, community organizations, and the public, to ensure effective delivery of public health services and interventions.
• In-depth knowledge of different programs at National and State Level
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Ability to perform in a team environment.

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end IT or digital health projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Experience working with healthcare, public health, government, or health-tech programs.
• Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams, developers, QA, infrastructure, and business users.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and product implementation processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in project tracking, reporting, and preparing management dashboards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, DevOps, OpenProject, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements in healthcare applications.
• Experience working with digital health platforms, mobile applications, interoperability, or health information systems is highly preferred.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Delivery Management
• Develop and manage detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams including technology, operations, training, and deployment.
• Track delivery progress against plan and report status to Program Team, Product team, and stakeholders.
Vendor, Partner & Delivery Management
• Act as the primary delivery coordinator between Ops team, technology partners, and implementation agencies.
• Own day-to-day delivery oversight across Tech Partners and workstreams.
• Manage delivery artefacts such as backlogs, user stories, tasks, defects, and releases using JIRA or equivalent tools.
• Facilitate sprint planning, sprint reviews, and burn-down tracking.
• Track and resolve dependencies, risks, and delivery blockers.
• Ensure vendor deliverables meet functional, quality, and timeline expectations.
• Coordinate with Senior BSA for requirement clarifications and acceptance criteria.
Pilot, Rollout & Adoption Readiness
• Plan and manage pilot deployments and phased rollouts.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and go-live readiness activities.
• Ensure solutions are usable in low digital literacy, multilingual, and low-connectivity environments.
Risk, Quality & Governance
• Identify and manage risks related to scope, delivery, adoption, and compliance.
• Maintain governance through risk logs, issue tracking, change requests, and decision escalation.
• Ensure compliance with government IT policies and data security standards.
UAT, Go-Live & Stabilization
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with Program Team and stakeholders.
• Track defects, ensure closure, and obtain formal sign-offs.
• Support go-live and post-deployment stabilization activities.
• Monitor early adoption and coordinate corrective actions.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
• Prepare structured status reports and delivery dashboards.
