Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or Applied Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in medical and social psychology or Masters of Philosophy in mental health and social psychology obtained after completion of a full-time course of two years which includes supervised clinical training, approved and recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India.
Desirable: 2-3 years working in specialist hospital

Job requirements:
• To support training of Front-line health workers in case management of clients registered on the program.
• To provide specialist counselling to clients with special needs registered on the program.
• To supervise case management carried out by Front line work force.
• To support the running of psychiatric clinic at block service points.
• Supportive supervision on ground during screening activities and home visits.
• To support development and implementation of EHR for the program.
• To support data entry and management into the program EHR.
• To ensure documentation and timely reporting as per requirement of the program.
• To undertake any other activity as per the guidance of the reporting manager and/or needs of the program.
• To develop the curriculum for training of the program team at all levels along with other team members and consultants.
• To conduct training needs assessment of the personnel in the program.
• To develop a training calendar for all levels of the program.
• To implement training for all levels of the program.
• To ensure appropriate pre-post measures in all training activities
