Position
ANM (Female) – 01 Post

* Project

Targeted Intervention (TI) Project – HIV/AIDS

* Essential Qualification
ANM Diploma/Certificate from a recognized institution.
Valid ANM Registration (if applicable).
* Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in HIV/AIDS Targeted Intervention (TI) Project, NACP, ICTC, ART Centre, or Public Health Programme is preferred.
Experience in NGO or community-based health programmes will be an added advantage.
* Key Responsibilities
Provide basic nursing and primary healthcare services.
Conduct HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention activities.
Community outreach and beneficiary follow-up.
Support HIV testing, counselling, referral, and linkage services.
Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with healthcare facilities and project staff.
Ensure confidentiality and maintain professional ethics while dealing with beneficiaries.
* Required Skills
Good communication and counselling skills.
Ability to work in field and community settings.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Teamwork, documentation, and reporting skills.
* Salary

As per project norms / Negotiable based on experience.
