Applications are invited for the immediate recruitment of dedicated personnel for our Targeted Intervention (TI) Project supported by UPSACS.

Position: Outreach Worker (ORW)
Project Typology: FSW (Female Sex Workers) & PWID (People Who Inject Drugs) Intervention
Compensation Package
Monthly Salary: ?10,500 per month
Travelling Allowance (TA): ?1,500 per month
Total Emoluments: ?12,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 12th standard (Intermediate) pass. Candidates with a degree in Social Work, Sociology, or Humanities will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in NACO/UPSACS Targeted Intervention projects or the community health sector.
Skills: Strong communication, field-remediation skills, and deep familiarity with the local geography of Shahjahanpur.
Preference: Candidates from the target community or those with prior experience working with FSW and PWID groups will receive high priority.

Key Responsibilities
1 - Conduct 20 days field visits to identified hotspots and core areas.
2 - Maintain regular contact with the target HRG (High-Risk Group) population.
3 - Deliver behavior change communication (BCC) and demand-generation services.
4 - Assist in organizing health camps and driving clinic attendance.
5 - Ensure regular distribution of needles, syringes, condoms, and IEC materials.
6 - Facilitate linkages to ICTC, DOTS, OST centers, and regular medical check-ups.
7 - Maintain accurate daily diaries, registration forms, and tracking logs and all documents of
ORW.
