Urgent Hiring: Area Health Educator (AHE) | Public Health Programs | Palghar & Vasai

Bharat HR Services is facilitating recruitment for a Global HealthTech Social Enterprise working to improve healthcare access across underserved communities in India.
This is a field-based public health implementation role (not a sales position), involving community engagement, health education, and coordination with healthcare stakeholders.

Position Details:

Position: Area Health Educator (AHE)

Locations:
• Palghar
• Vasai

Number of Openings: 6 (Three positions for each location)

Compensation:
• Rs.2.5 LPA
• PF, Medical Insurance, and Gratuity as per company policy
• Additional Local Travel Allowance of approximately ?4,000–?6,000 per month (depending upon location)

Role Overview:
Area Health Educators will support implementation of community health programs through field visits, awareness activities, and coordination with healthcare providers and community stakeholders within their assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily field activities and community health campaigns.
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacies, and Community Health Workers (CHWs).
• Conduct awareness sessions and community outreach activities.
• Maintain daily reports and CRM updates with high accuracy.
• Travel extensively within the assigned location.
• Support successful implementation of public health initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate degree is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Must own a smartphone with active internet connection.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Able to work independently in community settings.

Preference Criteria:
• Local candidates from Palghar will be given strong preference for the Palghar position.
• Local candidates from Vasai will be given strong preference for the Vasai position.
• Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write the local language fluently.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Operational Expectations:
• Strong commitment towards field work.
• Ability to interact effectively with community members and healthcare stakeholders.
• Timely reporting and disciplined communication.
• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned geography.
