*2. Main Work *

1. *Index Testing*: HIV+ patient ART center ? , partner/children/household contacts test
2. *Counseling*: Patient contacts motivate
3. *Linkage*: Positive ART/ ICTC refer
4. *Reporting*: Target vs Achievement daily entry ICTC portal/ SOCH app
5. *Coordination*: ART Counselor, ICTC LT, NGO staff

**Criteria** **Requirement**
**Education** 12th Pass + Diploma in Counselling / MSW / Sociology preferred
**Experience** HIV project / TI / ICTC 1-2 experience best
**Skills** Local language, Field work, Mobile App use, Bike + DL
**Age** 21-45 Years
**Gender** Male/Female both
