Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: 10,500

Travelling Allowance (TA): 1,500 per month

Total Monthly Emoluments: 12,000

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th Standard (Intermediate) pass.

Candidates with a degree in Social Work, Sociology, or Humanities will be preferred.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in NACO/UPSACS Targeted Intervention Projects or the community health sector.

Good communication skills, field mobilization abilities, and knowledge of the local geography of Bulandshehr District.

Preference will be given to candidates from the target community or those with prior experience working with MSM.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits for at least 20 days per month.

Maintain regular contact with HRG beneficiaries.

Deliver Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) and demand-generation activities.

Support health camps and increase clinic attendance.

Distribute condoms and IEC materials as per project guidelines.

Facilitate linkages with ICTC, DOTS, OST Centres, and other health services.

Maintain daily diaries, beneficiary records, tracking formats, and other project documentation.

Important Note
Candidates must possess their own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
