MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child (MAMTA HIMC), with support from Oracle, invites proposals from eligible companies/agencies for the establishment of fully functional STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Labs in 16 selected Government Primary, Upper Primary and Composite Schools located in Jamalpur Block and Mirzapur City Block of Mirzapur District, Uttar Pradesh.

About MAMTA HIMC
MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child (MAMTA HIMC) is a national-level development organization with over three decades of experience in education, health, nutrition, WASH, adolescent development, child protection, and community development.
MAMTA HIMC works in partnership with government departments, development agencies, corporate foundations and international organizations across multiple states in India.
Purpose
To establish and operationalize 16 STEM Labs in selected Government Schools of Jamalpur Block and Mirzapur City Block with standard equipment, digital infrastructure and teacher training to promote experiential STEM learning among students.
- Establish 16 fully functional STEM Labs in identified Government Schools.
- Promote innovation, scientific temper and problem-solving skills among students.
- Strengthen teachers’ capacities for experiential and inquiry-based learning.
- Integrate AI, Coding, Robotics and Engineering concepts into classroom learning.
- Improve access to quality STEM education in underserved communities.
- Support students in developing science models and participating in innovation competitions.
Scope of Work
The selected agency/company shall be responsible for:
- Site assessment and implementation planning.
- Supply and installation of STEM equipment and furniture.
- Installation and commissioning of digital infrastructure.
- Branding and laboratory display materials.
Supply of STEM equipment and learning materials including:
- Science equipment
- Electronics kits
- Robotics kits
- Coding tools
- Engineering kits
- Mathematics learning aids
- AI-enabled learning modules
- Safety equipment
- Teacher orientation and training.
- User manuals and operational guidelines.
- Demonstration sessions for school staff.
- Minimum 12 months’ maintenance support.
- Replacement of defective equipment during warranty period.
- Periodic monitoring visits.
- Photo documentation.
- Video documentation.
- Installation reports.
- Completion certificates.
Interested agencies are requested to submit their proposals through email to: rfp@mamtahimc.in with the subject line: “Proposal for Establishment of STEM Labs in 16 Government Schools of Jamalpur Block and Mirzapur City Block, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh” The proposal must reach us on or before: 18 July 2026. Incomplete proposals or proposals received after the deadline shall not be considered.
