Role Purpose:
The person will support the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the STEM project in the schools. The role requires close coordination with schools, community stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective program delivery and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management & Implementation:
- Plan and conduct classes in the schools as per the project planned activities class wise, assignments to measure progress and facilitate the teachers to take class in alignment with the state curriculum and class time table
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring the program in the schools assigned under the project
- Ensure alignment of project activities with organizational goals and donor requirements
- Support school-based interventions, teacher capacity-building initiatives, and STEM/FLN activities
- Facilitate orientation, training, and capacity-building workshops for teachers and related stakeholders
- Promote child protection, gender sensitivity, and safe learning environments in all interventions
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Regularly track project progress through field visits, reviews, and data monitoring systems
- Collect, verify, and analyse program data to prepare progress reports and presentations
- Ensure timely review and feedback sharing on the progress of the projects
- Maintain records, class lesson plans, reports and data as per requirement
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare case studies, success stories, and knowledge documents for donors and internal communication.
- Contribute to donor reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Facilitate photoshoots, employee engagement activities, and other events as required.
- Maintain updated records of program activities, financial utilization, and compliance.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Social Work, Education, Rural Development, Science, FLN or related fields with a passion for teaching
- 2–5 years of experience in program management/teaching in the education/development sector. Exposure to child education, STEM, FLN, or government school interventions preferred
- Strong project management, documentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to conduct field visits and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Good communication (English especially in local language), interpersonal, and facilitation skills

- Technical/professional knowledge and skills: Having achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
