School Toilet Renovation and Rooftop Rainwater Harvesting

1. Background

Sarva Seva Samity Sanstha (4S India) invites quotations from eligible and experienced vendors/contractors for renovation of school toilet blocks and, at select locations, construction of rooftop rainwater harvesting structures at seven schools in South 24 Parganas (Sundarbans). Interested vendors are requested to submit their Expression of Interest along with a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and quotation for the respective school(s) as per the schedule given below.

3. Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in civil construction and renovation works, preferably in WASH, sanitation, or school infrastructure projects.
Valid GST registration and PAN card are mandatory.
Prior experience working with NGOs, Panchayats, or Government departments will be preferred.
Ability to mobilize labour, materials, and equipment to project sites in the Sundarbans within the agreed timeline.
Interested agencies/contractors are requested to submit their quotation against the enclosed BOQ along with all supporting documents.

4. Submission of Quotation

Vendors may quote for one, several, or all listed schools. Please clearly mention the school name and nature of work against the quotation, and submit the BOQ and quotation by email, on or before the last date noted against each school, to:

5. Terms and Conditions

Quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 60 days from the last date of submission.
Rates quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation, and labour costs.
4S India reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
Payment will be released in instalments linked to physical progress of work, as per the work order.
