Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure all planned training programs at Nagavali Institute of Rural Entrepreneurship Development (NIRED) are conducted as per defined timelines and quality standards.
• Identify and mobilize unemployed rural youth for self-employment and wage employment opportunities.
• Facilitate skill training (technical and managerial) to support micro-enterprise development and employability.
• Liaise with industry and knowledge partners (e.g., Voltas, Schneider Electric) for skill development initiatives.
• Develop innovative approaches to address livelihood challenges through self-employment models.
• Provide handholding support to trainees in setting up enterprises and monitor their progress.
• Act as the GMRVF representative at Nagavali Institute of Rural Entrepreneurship Development (NIRED), coordinating with Union Bank and overseeing administrative and training operations.
• Supervise preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with national-level agencies (e.g., KVIC) for program implementation and funding support.
• Liaise with Government departments and key stakeholders such as District Collector, LDM, DRDA, DWMA, NGOs, CBOs, and other organizations.
• Take responsibility for additional training initiatives and infrastructure-related activities as required.

Educational Qualifications & Experience
• Postgraduate degree in Sociology, Social Work, Rural Development, or related
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in skill development sector
• Proficiency in Telugu (both oral and written communication) is essential.
• Relevant experience in skill development, livelihood promotion, and program management.
• Adequate computer proficiency and reporting skills.
