About the Role | STEM/Club Enerji Instructor (02 per Districts)
The STEM & Club Enerji Instructor will deliver engaging, hands-on STEM and energy education sessions for students, fostering scientific curiosity, innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The instructor will facilitate interactive learning, mentor students in projects and activities, and promote awareness of environmental conservation, renewable energy, sustainability, and responsible resource management, inspiring students to become innovative and environmentally conscious future leaders.

Eligibility:
- B.Sc. (Science) or M.Sc. Science.
- 1–2 years of teaching or STEM education experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent academic performance and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging STEM and science sessions for students of Classes V–VIII in Government schools.
- Deliver activity-based and hands-on learning using STEM kits, experiments, and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Facilitate Club Enerji activities, science projects, quizzes, exhibitions, innovation challenges, and energy conservation campaigns.
- Encourage scientific thinking, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Ensure student participation in school, block, district, state, and national-level STEM, science, innovation, and Club Enerji competitions and events.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate block- and district-level STEM and Club Enerji events, including science fairs, exhibitions, quizzes, and innovation challenges.
- Mentor students in preparing science models, research projects, and presentations for various competitions and exhibitions.
- Promote awareness of environmental conservation, renewable energy, sustainability, and responsible resource management through classroom and club activities.
- Maintain lesson plans, student assessments, activity reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with school authorities, education department officials, and ALIG project teams for effective implementation and reporting.
