Engagement Overview:
Ei is looking for a young, dynamic, and enthusiastic individual with prior experience in the educational domain, particularly in student data collection based on FLN, liaising with the government, team handling, team recruitment, and data management. The District Coordinator will be responsible for obtaining government permissions, recruiting the ground team, planning field activities, managing the team visiting sampled schools, interacting with headmasters and teachers, and conducting student assessments digitally. Ei will provide in-depth training before the assignment.

Responsibilities:
• Visiting the primary and upper primary schools/communities (As per need) in given districts and blocks.
• Owning project, planning, preparations, and execution of the assigned project with high quality within the given timeline.
• Hiring, training, managing, and monitoring ground team for respective District as per Ei processes and systems.
• Maintaining strong communication with, HMs and all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations as per the process set by Ei.
• Managing training logistic arrangements (booking venue, accommodation, training preparations etc.) and conducting
District Level training for the field team with an NSP of 90 and more.
• Taking care of logistical operations for the assessment process, including transportation, and resource management,
ensuring materials and tools are distributed and collected in a timely manner as communicated by Ei.
• Prompt troubleshooting of any/all operational and logistical challenges to ensure smooth operations on the ground
• Ensuring accurate and timely collection of assessment data from all sampled schools, conducting quality checks to ensure consistency, reliability, and accuracy of the data.
• Identify, address and inform Ei of any discrepancies or issues during data collection and post-assessment reviews to maintain data integrity.
• Acting as the point of contact of Ei for issues, queries, or challenges arising on the ground during the project execution.
• Ensuring data confidentiality and maintaining ethical standards of Ei.
• Sending daily and weekly data updates to central team and conducing calls with Field Evaluators to ensure smooth communication and timely progress.
