Superintendent -2nos (Only Female Candidate)

1-1-she maintaining the home and providing necessary care to survivors.
2- she supervise well-being of survivors.
3-Ensure safe transport of the survivors whenever travelling.
4.Maintain all records and registers required under the scheme.
5.Review and provide support in maintaining the individual case fiels of survivors.

Essential Qualification:
Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Social Work / Community Development / Sociology / Child Development/ Human R Public Administration / Psychology / Psychiatry or an equivalent course from a recognized University.

Desirable Qualification:
* Minimum 3 years of experience working with Government / Non-Government Organization.
* Experience in documentation, strengthening capacities and training, project formulation and implementation, monitoring and supervision skills.
* Experience in the field of women and child development / social welfare will be preferred.
* Proficiency in computer applications.
* Age Limit below 50 years.
* The candidate must be free of any criminal record.

Salary:
Salary is not a limitation for suitably experienced, qualified, and skilled candidates

Case worker-3.(Only Female Candidate)
1-she Interact with the survivor and provide orientation to make sure the survivor is comfortable.
2- she maintain records of every session with the survivor.
3she .prepare individual case files with a rehabilitation plan
4Accompany the survivors as directed
5-maintain relevant documentation as mandated by the guidelines.
6.Any other duties assigned by the resident superintendent.
