Program Coordinator – SAM Project
Position: Program Coordinator (Full-time)
Project: SAM (Severe Acute Malnutrition) Project

About the Project
The SAM Project aims to improve the nutritional status of children suffering from Severe Acute Malnutrition through community-based interventions, growth monitoring, nutrition counselling, referral services, and convergence with government health systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation of the SAM Project.
• Prepare activity plans and implementation schedules.
• Coordinate with ICDS, Health Department, PRI representatives and other stakeholders.
• Supervise field staff and ensure quality implementation.
• Conduct monitoring visits and review meetings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and donor reports.
• Maintain project documentation and MIS.
• Support proposal writing and donor communication.
• Ensure timely achievement of project targets.
• Assist in fundraising and partnership development.

Qualification
• Master's Degree in Social Work/Public Health/Nutrition/Rural Development or related field.

Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Health, Nutrition, Maternal & Child Health or Community Development.
• Experience in NGO sector preferred.
• Knowledge of Government Health & Nutrition programmes.
