Job Profile: - Female Probation Officer / Home in charge .

1. Overview of the role
a. The PO shall be responsible for care, supervision and service delivery to CCI and its children.
b. Responsible for the Proper use of Assets & resources belonging to the CCI
c. Responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness & Hygiene in the CCI
d. Regular visits for supervision to the school where children are studying, aftercare placements to prepare and submit fortnightly reports or as otherwise directed.
e. Ensure that all children have necessary documents like: Aadhaar card, SSSM ID, Ayushman Card, Ration card, voted ID, PAN card, ATM Card, Passport, bank account, etc.
f. Management of all the financial transactions, purchases and maintenance of proper accounts for submission to the accounts officer.
g. Maintenance of the stock issue register of the Institution.
h. Maintenance of consumption and stock taking sheets and procuring the stock
i. Maintenance of stock of various items required in the institution.
j. Monthly physical verification of the stock.
k. Ensuring that every child of the CCI should get the required items/material on time and as laid down under the JJ Model Rules 2016. / Jeevodaya List
l. Management of the assets of the store, its security and safety.
m. Maintain the attendance, donation and other registers.
n. Replenish/ Restore the provisions/supplies as per scale and need of the child.
o. Prepare monthly progress report of the CCI and Plan for the next month and present at the Monthly review meeting.
p. Overall monitoring of the CCI staff, assigning them the responsibilities and ensuring the jobs are carried out as per the schedule and guidelines.
q. Maintain professional relationship with staff, donor and children.

Qualification and Experince Required:
Education : MSW or LLB
Excelent in Computer data entry, PPT, Excel etc
Good language in English and Hindi
Good in communication
Good team worker
At least 3 years experience in working with JJ system , CWC
Age above 30 years.
